The Beyond Inclusion Audit System and Gap Analysis is a thorough Worksite Systems Audit that reviews every aspect of your organisation’s personnel management system, operations and environment, pinpointing areas that are inaccessible to neurodivergent employees.
We deliver a detailed report with comprehensive explanations and recommendations for changes to minimize risks and enhance safety for all workers, including those who think and function differently.
The audit concludes with a closing meeting where we discuss the findings and recommendations in depth. Following this, we offer continued support with ongoing planning and system improvements to help you achieve your objectives.
The Employee Worksafe Plan is developed in collaboration with the neurodivergent worker, their employer, and any external medical and support services the worker wishes to include. The goal is to ensure everyone understands how the neurodivergent worker functions best and what they need to work safely.
Utilizing the Employee Beyond Profiler and the extended Employee Worksafe Planning Tool, we design permanent or temporary adjustments to the worker’s tasks, helping them adapt to personal or work-related changes that have temporarily affected their ability to work safely.
